Shortly after you complete your order you will receive a fulfillment message to your eBay inbox (and to your email when available).
The fulfillment message will contain links to tickets; 1 link for each ticket ordered.
Each link leads to a ticket image, with barcodes and numbers for both voucher and PIN.
If redeeming online, you can use the ticket's voucher and PIN numbers; for your convenience they're listed next to each link, when available; numbers are automatically extracted from the ticket image (and occasionally may be incorrect); if extracted numbers are absent or don't work, please refer to the ticket via its link and use the numbers shown there.
If redeeming at the theatre's self-serve kiosks you could enter voucher/PIN numbers, or scan barcodes.
Just FYI: AMC charges a "convenience fee" if booking online or in-app; their way of making some extra money.
You could sidestep these charges by using self-serve kiosks at theatre (though by then seats you want may be taken, unless you go by a day or so in advance).
Alternatively you may be able to join AMC as a "member", and have convenience fees waived even at their free membership level. Policies change, so please verify.
If you're trying to purchase using the ebay app and are getting a message "This item cannot be purchased. Add to your wishlist" or similar, the best we've been able to find out is that ebay's doing that so they don't have to pay "platform fees" or some such to mobile app stores. Honestly we don't know for sure.
What does seem to work is if you purchase using a browser (not app).
In all cases thus far it's because too little or too much was copy/pasted as the link.
If your eBay messages go to your mail app as well, please try opening links there; unlike the ebay inbox, mail apps highlight links correctly, making them easy to open.
If you're redeeming / booking online, it may be easier simply to use the voucher / pin numbers listed beside the links in the fulfillment message.
If you must copy/paste, please copy from "https... all the way through and including ...view"
Currently, yes -- for every 10 tickets purchased you're eligible for 1 PIN-less Black Ticket. These:
-- don't expire
-- but can't be redeemed online, in-app, or at theatre self-serve kiosks
-- and have to be redeemed / scanned at the theatre front desk / box office by theatre personel
Every time you reach that 10-ticket mark we'll automatically reach out to you with this offer.
